Circle C Austin is the most recognized master planned community in Southwest Austin and known for it's family friendly environment, ease of access to major freeways, and unprecendented recreational ammenities. Circle C Ranch was the first of the Circle C Communities, built in the mid/late 80s, and made a name for itself by featuring an olympic size pool and recreation area at the center of the community. Since the intial phase was such a success, it spawned continous development of other Circle C Communities - namingly, Circle C West, Circle C Park Place, Vintage Place, Circle C Muirfield and the latest - Circle C Meridian.

The median price for homes in the Circle C Austin Communities starts in the $250s, with a price-per-square-foot range of about $95 to over$145 per sq ft. Homes measure anywhere from 1,500 to 4,500 square feet with four bedrooms and 2.5 baths being the norm. In addition, new homes are being built by a number of builders, including Mercedes, Newmark, David Weekly, D.R. Horton, Streetman, Wilshire Homes, and Meritage just to name a few.
